CEA will join Tanya Sadlo, ACEC-BC Director and VP, Internal Operations & General Counsel at McElhanney, and Marcie Cochrane, P.Eng., Inclusion Strategist at Advance Principle Consulting, for a discussion about Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) and the need for EDI efforts in the consulting industry. Tanya and Marcie will briefly review foundational concepts of EDI and the importance of creating diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplaces.  Marcie will share ideas for organizations to support equity, inclusion and EDI initiatives in the industry and Tanya will share McElhanney’s EDI journey as an advocate in the area of EDI in consulting.
