Hole Sponsor

Hole sponsor benefits will include logo placement throughout the room, your company branded hole-sign on the course, and verbal recognition at the banquet. Please send your high-resolution JPG logo to Inderjeet at isingh@cea.ca by Friday, August 27, 2021.

Hole-in-One Sponsor

The hole-in-one sponsor benefits will include the one-on-one interaction with each of our registered members and guests on the green. The fee for this sponsorship will cover your breakfast and lunch. You will also be responsible for all costs associated with the set-up of the hole-in-one including hole signs, insurance, prize, furniture rental, etc.

Insurance (hole-in-one sponsor responsibility)

Please send a copy of your hole-in-one insurance to Inderjeet at isingh@cea.ca by Thursday, September 2, 2021. Insurance to be paid for by hole-in-one sponsor. If you have any questions, please email Lisa Krewda at lkrewda@cea.ca. 

Note: Hosts are expected to bring all marketing collateral including hole signs, banners, business cards, giveaways, prizes, etc. by 7:30 am on September 9, 2021 to the course. Hosts must be 18 years of age or older.

Putting Competition Sponsor

The putting competition sponsor benefits will include the one-on-one interaction with each of our registered members and guests on the green. The fee for this sponsorship will cover your lunch and dinner. You will also be responsible to have two volunteers to run the competition and for all costs associated with the set-up of the putting competition including, prize, furniture rental, etc.
