Young professionals have a steep learning curve to overcome in their early years as they take on technical design, project management, site coordination, financial understanding and many other new skills.  As a result, mental health and wellness are not always at the front of mind, even though they are equally important parts of professional development. Expand your awareness and understanding as health professionals and experienced professionals from consulting engineering present on topics ranging from work-life balance to communication, and conflict resolution to physical and mental health.

The event will start with dinner, giving way to a series of fast-paced presentations and questions to promote audience engagement and discussion. After the presentations, there will be further networking and discussion on these valuable topics. Join fellow YP’s as we advance the conversations of mental health and wellness!
