Sigurd brings a proactive approach to all of his files and solves client’s problems through the best available means which include mediation, litigation, and other progressive approaches with a view to achieve the best resolution for his clients.

Sigurd has particular interest in and has practiced in the following areas: Construction Litigation acting on behalf of design professionals, consultants, and contractors in a wide variety of claims from building construction, infrastructure, and large oilfield related claims, and Corporate and Commercial Litigation covering all aspects of this area.
