Registration
Registration is available in teams of two or four. Individual registrations will not be accepted until Friday, August 11 (unless sold-out). The registration fee will include breakfast, lunch, green fees, power carts, driving range privileges and prizes. Please note in your registration if you have dietary restrictions. Religious and dietary practices such as Halal, Kosher, I-tal, etc. prepared food will not be served at this event.
When putting together your teams, consider extending an invitation to your local MP, City Councillors and/or other governmental officials in your area. If you require a letter on CEA’s behalf, please contact Lisa at lkrewda@cea.ca.

Sponsorship benefits will include logo placement in the room, your company branded hole-sign on the course and verbal recognition at the banquet. In order to cash in on these though, you must send your high resolution JPG logo to Inderjeet (isingh@cea.ca) by Friday, August 25, 2023.
Hole sponsors interested in an activity on their hole such as a tasting or draw, please contact Inderjeet at isingh@cea.ca. Note that you will be responsible for all set-up and associated fees; however, CEA will assist with venue coordination and promotion.

Dress Code
Dress code will be enforced at all times on the golf course and practice facility. This includes soft sole shoes or soft spikes only, NO FLIP FLOPS or DENIM, men are required to wear a collar shirt, women shirts without sleeves must have a collar, women’s shirts with sleeves do not require a collar.

Photographs could be taken at today’s event. By taking part in this event you grant Consulting Engineers of Alberta full rights to use the images resulting from the photography at this event. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in Consulting Engineers of Alberta’s printed and online publicity and social media.
In order to receive a partial refund, a request for cancellation must be received by email at finance@cea.ca prior to the registration deadline. No refunds will be provided after the refund cut-off date of the event. To avoid disappointment, early registration for activities is encouraged as space may be limited.
Refunds will be subject to a $25.00 administrative fee.

CEA has the right to cancel an activity due to low attendance, a full refund will then be offered.
