This event is only open to CEA & ARHCA Members and Transportation and Economic Corridors Staff.

In 2017 and 2018, as a tri-party industry, we focused on Partnering with day-long workshops in Calgary and Edmonton. These workshops were successful in generating considerably more collaborative “Blue” projects, but it’s been five years, and the pandemic and the 2019 election brought new challenges to our partnership. Many more projects need to be consistently Blue, and our collaboration needs to deepen. It’s time to re-kindle the mechanics and organics of Partnering to have them reliably come alive in our behaviours, in our relationships and ways of working together, especially under pressure. In this day-long session, we will briefly review fundamentals and pick up where we left off, diving deeper into the “how” of Partnering using practice sessions and simulations. If you are familiar with Partnering, this will be a solid refresher and opportunity to upgrade your skills and mindset. If you’re new to Partnering, we’ve got you covered – the day will set you up to start solidly!

Desired Outcomes:

  1. Deeper awareness, engagement, commitment.
  2. To realize a breakthrough in the number of Blue projects.
  3. Sharpen our commitment to individual and collective ongoing practices, including course-correcting when we get off track.
