Hotel rooms at the Cambridge Hotel and Conference Centre will be cancelled by CEA.

Due to the Covid 19 Outbreak, the organizing committee has made the decision to postpone the conference. As you know, we have been monitoring the situation closely and have been following the advice of Alberta Health Services. The situation has changed and Alberta Health services is not recommending gatherings of more than 250 people.

The organizing committee will be meeting with stakeholders to review alternate dates, please stay tuned.

Further details on delegate fees/refunds will come out from the CEA administration in the next couple weeks.

Thank you for your patience and understanding, please stay healthy and safe and do your part as individuals to limit the spread of Covid 19.

Transportation Connects Alberta, is a two-day conference hosted by CEA, which celebrates the significant socio-economic return on transportation investments in the Province of Alberta.

The conference will provide an excellent networking opportunity, bringing together leaders and innovators from policymakers, owners, builders and engineers to explore the emerging technologies and partnerships that will enable clean, efficient and accessible transportation systems. The conference will explore advancements in transportation efficiency, accessibility, safety, environment, and community across the transportation infrastructure that connect Albertans and grow Alberta's economy.

Cancellation Policy

In order to receive a partial refund, a request for cancellation must be received by email at finance@cea.ca prior to the registration deadline. No refunds will be provided after the refund cut-off date of the event. To avoid disappointment, early registration for activities is encouraged as space may be limited.

Refunds will be subject to a $25.00 administrative fee.

Substitutions are welcome. Please contact the CEA office with any changes: finance@cea.ca or 780-421-1852.

CEA has the right to cancel an activity due to low attendance, a full refund will then be offered.
