The annual Tri-Party Transportation Conference has become Alberta’s premier event for design, engineering and construction professionals in transportation infrastructure. Allocation of Exhibitor Booth Space

Each exhibitor registering for the tradeshow is required to fill in their top three choices for booth location into the online form. Please see the tradeshow area map displaying the floor plan. Please note the booths are allocated on a first-come first-served basis and conference organizers reserve the right to assign all booth spaces at their discretion. 

Exhibitor Confirmation

Once your tradeshow registration is received, our system will automatically send you a confirmation. CEA will then email a follow-up confirmation containing the booth number that you are assigned within three business days. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please call CEA @ 780-421-1852.

Upon receiving confirmation email please provide the following information to Amanda at ariendeau@cea.ca by Friday, February 2, 2018 to be used in the Tri-Party App and Tri-Party collateral at the conference. 

  1. High resolution logo in jpeg and eps formats 

  2. Company description (100 words max.)

  3. Website address 

  4. Company phone number and email address

  5. Optional: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn

  6. Exhibitor Passport Game question & answer (Question: 120 character max, Answer: 20 character max.

Exhibitor Passport Game 

Delegates can participate in a trivia game where delegates must visit each booth to receive the answer. Delegates who complete the Exhibitor Game are eligible for a great prize. Please provide your company’s question and answer/passcode by Friday, February 2, 2018.

Cost (+gst): $1,400.00 +gst (maximum 2 booths per company)
  Tradeshow registration fees includes:     
  • 10’ x 10’ carpeted booth in Exhibition Hall OR 10’ x 6’ carpeted booth in Exhibition Concourse.
  • 3’ pipe & drape side walls & 8’ pipe & drape for the back wall
  • One 6’ table skirted & draped with two chairs
  • Power outlet & wifi
  • Two full delegate passes with access to:

              - Plenary Sessions
              - Breakout Forums
              - Breakfasts, Lunches, Coffee Breaks & Dinner
              - Conference Materials
              - Pre-Conference Sunday Mixer at Bellini’s

Optional: Additional exhibitor booth attendees at a discounted rate of $200.00 + gst per person 
Note:  Your company profile and corporate logo will be listed in the conference app.

Cancellation Policy

In order to receive a partial refund, a request for cancellation must be received by email at finance@cea.ca prior to the registration deadline. No refunds will be provided after the refund cut-off date of the event. To avoid disappointment, early registration for activities is encouraged as space may be limited.

Refunds will be subject to a $25.00 administrative fee.

Substitutions are welcome. Please contact the CEA office with any changes: finance@cea.ca or 780-421-1852.

CEA has the right to cancel an activity due to low attendance, a full refund will then be offered.
