Allocation of Exhibitor Booth Space
Each exhibitor registering for the tradeshow is required to fill in their top three choices for booth location into the online form. Please see the tradeshow area map displaying all available booths. Please note the booths are allocated on a first-come first-served basis and conference organizers reserve the right to assign all booth spaces at their discretion. Tradeshow registration opens on Thursday, December 7, 2017 at 10:00 am.
Once your tradeshow registration is received, our system will automatically send you a confirmation. CEA will then email a follow-up confirmation containing the booth number that you are assigned within three business days. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please call CEA @ 780-421-1852.
Upon confirmation, exhibitors will be responsible for sending the following to Amanda at firstname.lastname@example.org by Friday, February 2, 2018:
1. High resolution logo in jpeg and eps formats
2. Company description (100 words max.)
3. Website address
4. Contact name, email address and phone number
Exhibitor Passport Game
Delegates will receive a Tradeshow Passport game sheet. This is a trivia game where delegates must visit each booth to receive the answer. Delegates who submit a completed passport are eligible for a great prize. Please provide your company’s trivia question and answer, by Friday, February 2, 2018.

|Refund Cut-off Date:||Friday, February 9, 2018|
In order to receive a partial refund, a request for cancellation must be received by email at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the registration deadline. No refunds will be provided after the refund cut-off date of the event. To avoid disappointment, early registration for activities is encouraged as space may be limited.
Refunds will be subject to a $25.00 administrative fee.

CEA has the right to cancel an activity due to low attendance, a full refund will then be offered.
