TransPod Ultra-High-Speed Transportation: A Canadian Breakthrough

Breakthrough innovation is only possible by combining leading research, strategy and vision. This talk features the inventor of TransPod, a new Canadian technology for 1000 km/h transportation. TransPod is being developed to carry passengers between cities, faster than flying, and with the convenience of a high-speed train. The TransPod vehicle is a cross between an aircraft and a train, and is being developed in Canada and Europe, based on new breakthroughs in physics and engineering. Ryan Janzen is a scientist, engineering researcher, and entrepreneur. Featured on the Discovery Channel, Wired magazine, and Through the Wormhole, Janzen's innovations have been featured in 110+ international lectures, media interviews, and scientific publications. His inventions have led to entirely new fields of research, and advances in aerospace electronics, mathematics, and vehicle propulsion. Janzen is co-founder and CTO of TransPod, designing a next generation of ultra-high-speed aerospace vehicles, to move passengers and cargo between cities at over 1000 km/h. Cancellation Policy

In order to receive a partial refund, a request for cancellation must be received by email at finance@cea.ca prior to the registration deadline. No refunds will be provided after the refund cut-off date of the event. To avoid disappointment, early registration for activities is encouraged as space may be limited.

Refunds will be subject to a $25.00 administrative fee.

CEA has the right to cancel an activity due to low attendance, a full refund will then be offered.
