The Consulting Engineers of Alberta Young Professionals Group Calgary (CEA YPG) in collaboration with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) present “Pathway to Professional Membership”. Members of APEGA will present to young professionals about the new Competency Based Assessment requirement to achieve professional membership with APEGA. 

Are you an engineer in training, working towards achieving your professional designation? Did you know that APEGA has recently changed the application requirements for professional membership to a Competency Based Assessment? Come out to the CEA YPG Kick-off Mixer to learn about how these changes will affect you and how best to navigate the new system.

This will be the CEA-YPG kick-off mixer for the 2017 - 2018 season. The intent of the mixer is to provide the opportunity to network with other industry professionals and members of APEGA. Come meet the 2017 - 2018 YPG committee and learn about upcoming events and programs that the CEA offers. Learn what the CEA YPG can do for you!

Make sure to bring your business cards for networking with other industry professionals! A host drink ticket and light cocktail snacks will be provided.

Cancellation Policy

In order to receive a partial refund, a request for cancellation must be received by email at prior to the registration deadline. No refunds will be provided after the refund cut-off date of the event. To avoid disappointment, early registration for activities is encouraged as space may be limited.

Refunds will be subject to a $25.00 administrative fee.

Substitutions are welcome. Please contact the CEA office with any changes: or 780-421-1852.

CEA has the right to cancel an activity due to low attendance, a full refund will then be offered.
