Update from the Organizing Committee:
We understand that now is the time to focus on the health of friends and family as we work together to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. In the coming months, we will monitor the situation and continue to follow the advice of Alberta Health services and our Government. Due to the pandemic, we postponed the conference until the fall of 2020. We are hopeful that COVID-19 will be in our rear-view mirror by then and that you will have had an enjoyable and healthy summer. At this time, the only thing we are asking from our delegates is to mark your calendars for our new date of October 18-20, 2020.
We are currently working with speakers and tradeshow delegates along with our special guests confirming their availability for the fall conference and we remain committed to delivering a top-notch program. All speakers will be contacted directly by the CEA Administration. The following are some key dates, all of which are subject to change depending on the circumstances surrounding the current pandemic.

|Last date for refunds on registration||July 15, 2020|
|**Process for Hotel Rooms assignment begins||July 16, 2020|
|Transportation Connects Alberta Conference||October 18-20, 2020|
*Please do not contact CEA for registration changes until this date. We do not have support staff in place until this time.
**Hotel rooms will be assigned at the Cambridge using the same order of priority as used for the March dates.
