In order to book a room at the Cambridge Hotel & Conference Centre, Red Deer you must be a registered delegate at the CEA Transportation Conference “Transportation Connects Alberta”. Delegate, tradeshow & sponsorship registrations from the postponed event from 2020 will be given the first opportunity to have rooms at the hotel. Once CEA has updated our attendee list from past registrations with the required name changes, CEA staff will then give contact information to the Cambridge Hotel & Conference Centre, Red Deer. This process following our timing of registration as in the past will be used until the guestrooms are sold-out. Registered delegates, tradeshow delegates and sponsors will then receive a confirmation email from CEA with instructions on completing your hotel booking. Once you receive the confirmation email, you then have a 48-hour turnaround to contact the hotel with you credit card information to secure your guestroom. Should you not contact the hotel within the 48-hour timeframe, your room will be released to other delegates for the conference. CEA will be following all AHS guidelines with this hotel being part of the REP – Restrictions Exemption Program; you can find further health and safety protocol information on their website.
If the above steps are not followed, CEA is not responsible for the released rooms.
