CEA Annual Golf Tournament - Calgary - Sponsorship

Sponsorship opportunities will include the following:

Hole Sponsor $350.00
Hole Sponsor for Both Tournaments $600.00
Hole-in-One Sponsor $200.00
Lunch Sponsor (Limit of 3) $500.00
Dinner Sponsor (Limit of 3) $500.00
Putting Competition Sponsor $750.00

Hole Sponsor

Hole sponsor benefits will include logo placement throughout the room, your company branded hole-sign on the course, and verbal recognition at the banquet. In order to cash in on these though, you must send your high resolution JPG logo to Amanda at ariendeau@cea.ca by Friday, June 2, 2017.

Hole-in-One Sponsor

The hole-in-one sponsor benefits will include the one-on-one interaction with each of our registered members and guests on the green. The fee for this sponsorship will cover your lunch and dinner. You will also be responsible for all costs associated with the set-up of the hole-in-one including hole signs, insurance, prize, furniture rental, etc.

Insurance (hole-in-one sponsor responsibility)

Please send a copy of your hole-in-one insurance to Lisa at lkrewda@cea.ca by June 8, 2017. Insurance to be paid for by hole-in-one sponsor.

Note: Hosts are expected to bring all marketing collateral including hole signs, banners, business cards, giveaways, prizes, etc. by noon on June 15, 2017 to the course. Hosts must be 18 years of age or older.

Lunch & Dinner Sponsor

The lunch & dinner sponsor benefits will include logo placement throughout the room and verbal recognition at the banquet. In order to cash in on these though, you must send your high resolution JPG logo to Amanda at ariendeau@cea.ca by Friday, June 2, 2017.

Putting Competition Sponsor

The putting competition sponsor benefits will include the one-on-one interaction with each of our registered members and guests on the green. The fee for this sponsorship will cover your lunch and dinner. You will also be responsible to have two volunteers to run the competition and for all costs associated with the set-up of the putting competition including, prize, furniture rental, etc.
