Accommodations at Sheraton Hotel
Each delegate is responsible for his/her own accommodations while attending the conference. However, for your convenience a room block has been created at the Sheraton from Sunday March 18th to Tuesday March 20th. When making room reservations please mention the Transportation Conference or CEA to take advantage of the special rates. The cut-off date for reservations into this room block is February 21, 2012. Food Allergies and Special Dietary Needs
The 2012TC organizers will try their best to accommodate all persons with special dietary needs. If you have a specific allergy (such as peanuts, shell fish, etc.) or if you are Vegetarian, Celiac, etc., please use the additional comments field to let us know, or email Rea (rgosine@cea.ca).
Registration Confirmation
Online registrations will be able to print a confirmation
immediately.
Registration Deadline & Payment
Registration Deadline is March 9, 2012. On-site registration will be accepted on Sunday March 18th, 5:00 - 6:00 pm and Monday March 20th, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Receipts for credit card payments will be sent by email.
Cancellation Policy
Due to our guarantee requirements, cancellations after the
deadline date of Fri March 9, 2012 forfeit the full amount.
Substitutions are welcome. Please forward all change of
information to CEA by email to Rea at rgosine@cea.ca by no later than March 9, 2012.
All credit card cancellations will be charged a $25 admin fee. All no-shows will be invoiced.
