The City will be offering an information session for external interested parties. Details will be available through the external stakeholders who participated in the project in the near future.

The City will begin to phase in the new documents starting immediately. The transition from the old to the new documents will continue until the end of 2016, at which time we will stop using the old documents.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all internal and external stakeholders for their assistance in developing the new suite of construction procurement documents. The amazing collaboration and time investment by all parties will benefit us all in the coming months and years.
